Service Engagement
By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in our service agreement or proposal. Services are considered confirmed once payment is received and work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy
A. One-Time Services
Clients may cancel one-time services within 48 hours of engagement, provided that work has not yet commenced. After this period or once work has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

B. Recurring/Subscription Services
For services billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly retainers or ongoing advisory packages):

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Failure to cancel within the notice period may result in charges for the upcoming billing cycle.

C. Custom or Project-Based Work
Custom projects or services with fixed timelines (e.g., legal documentation, business setup, or strategic plans) may only be cancelled if no substantial work has been completed. Partial refunds may be considered based on the progress made and resources allocated.

Refund Policy

• The service was not delivered as described, and a resolution cannot be reached
